These terms apply to anyone using StackShield's template marketplace or cybersecurity auditing service (stackshield.online). By placing an order or submitting an audit request, you accept them.
Buying a template grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in one live project. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source files themselves as a competing product. Optional add-ons (backend integration, admin dashboard) are licensed the same way, tied to the same project.
Orders are billed at checkout. Because templates are digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are final once delivery details are sent — refunds are handled case-by-case if a template is materially not as described. Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we'll resolve it faster directly.
You must own or have written authorization to test any domain you submit for auditing. We independently verify domain ownership (DNS TXT record or file upload) before any testing begins — an unverified request is never scanned. Submitting a domain you don't control, or misrepresenting your authorization, is a material breach and may be reported.
Testing is limited to what's agreed in your request's scope notes and the package you purchased. We use non-destructive methods by default (GET/POST/HEAD/OPTIONS only) and never intentionally cause data loss, downtime, or service disruption. If you need destructive or load-testing coverage, that must be separately scoped and confirmed in writing first.
Audit findings, reports, and any Certificate of Hardening are prepared for you and treated as confidential — we don't publish or share your findings with third parties without your consent. You're responsible for deciding how and when to remediate reported issues; we don't guarantee that fixing every listed finding makes a target invulnerable.
Templates and audit reports are provided "as is." We don't warrant that a template is bug-free for every use case, or that a security audit — automated or manual — catches every possible vulnerability. Security testing reduces risk; it can't eliminate it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackShield isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of a purchased template or an audit engagement, including damages to a third-party system arising from your own use of testing findings.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
